I’m Jitesh Gupta, founder of Opus Excellence, with two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some outstanding brands, including Four Seasons, Iconic Luxury Hotels, and Hilton where I learned the value of thoughtful strategy, operational discipline, and a guest-first mindset.
My journey has taken me through launching restaurants, creating memorable pop-up experiences, improving financial performance, and supporting teams to deliver exceptional service.
